Story Explorers Friday 10 am (age guide 3 – 8)

A wonderfully creative exploration of some much loved and original storybooks for children ages 3 to 8. This is a book club for young learners with a creative flair. Each book will form the basis of approximately six weeks of story adventures which will encourage your child to really “get inside” the book and build a relationship with the story, the characters, and the themes of the book. From crafts to cooking, to writing and games and puzzles and drama – this is 40 minutes of action-packed story fun for you and your child to share. A list of dates and books to be purchased will be provided nearer the time. The books tend to be no more than £6 each and last for 6 weeks of learning (plus you get to cherish the books and keep all your child’s creations after the book is finished!)

For safeguarding purposes, each Zoom lesson includes a brief registration at the beginning which requires children to have their webcam switched on. If your child would like to join lessons but is anxious about this or needs to have their face covered during lessons for religious or any other reason please get in touch, and we can arrange an alternate method of registration for them.
