This relaxed and expressive art class is perfect for children who love anime and want to bring their own characters to life through drawing. Inspired by the colourful world of anime and manga, we’ll explore how to draw expressive eyes, dynamic poses, and unique outfits – all while building confidence in our own art styles.
Children can work either traditionally on paper or digitally, and I’ll be demonstrating using both Procreate and traditional materials each week. Whether your child is a complete beginner or already drawing their own manga panels, they’ll be supported to develop their skills at their own pace.
As fans of anime, we’ll chat about our favourite characters, discover what makes them so engaging, and use that inspiration to design our own characters and their stories. Along the way, we’ll learn from each other and explore how to express emotion, movement, and personality through our artwork.
All content is age-appropriate, and the focus is on creative expression, visual storytelling, and developing your child’s individual art style in a supportive and fun environment.
