Welcome to the wonderfully wicked world of William Shakespeare!
We’ll travel back in time to explore Elizabethan England when William decided to follow his dream to the bright lights of London…ok not so bright, more like dingy inns and muddy streets to perform in. Yet from there he became known as the greatest playwright and poet of all time. That’s some accolade! Then we’ll look at some of his most well known heroes & villains through Macbeth, Othello, Richard III, Romeo and Juliet and more – looking at themes in some of our favourite plays and sonnets.
Warning:
Please be aware that most of Shakespeare’s plays will cover acts of violence, murder, suicide and the supernatural. Please ensure you are familiar with these plots in advance and happy for your child to attend.
